SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Canadian public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We ship across Canada! Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within Canada only. Stay tuned as we grow!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Scrunch'd by Jenny is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. If your package appears lost, please contact us at scrunchdbyjenny@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they've been shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
